Anticipated dispatch times are given in the product description. Out of stock items will be automatically back ordered and may take up to 28 days to reach you. You will usually be contacted in the event that items have been back ordered.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, contact us within 14 days to organise return, using the contact page of the website. Your statutory rights will be unaffected.

Paypal is a safe and secure payment method. However, we can also accept cheques made out to Mellow Needlecrafts and sent, with your details and order, to:

Prices and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.

Regrettably, due to insurance restrictions, we are currently unable to deliver outside of the UK. Please contact us if you live outside of the UK and would like us to advise you if these circumstances change.
