How soon will I receive my order?

As long as all items are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of its receipt. Please check product description to ensure that product is in stock. If a product is out of stock, it will be back ordered and will reach you within 28 days. You will be contacted if this is the case.
What do kits comprise of?

What do kits comprise of?

Usually kits will comprise yarn or floss (depending on whether it is a tapestry or cross stitch kit) and either a printed canvas (aida or evenweave) or a blank canvas and a chart. If the kit makes a cushion, it will sometimes include backing fabric and wadding. Please read the product description carefully.

Are all of the products kits?

No. Some are simply printed canvas. Again, please read the product description carefully.

How much does postage cost?

Postage is £3.00 for any order of less that £50.00 There is no postage charge for orders over £50.00
